Annabelle (they/them)

Annabelle has a horse named Duchess (she/her). They are a non-binary bi farmer and a land-based educator. Annabelle is a white settler who grew up in the south Bay Area (Muwekma Ohlone and Tamien lands) and whose family has been occupying land in Southern Arizona since the late 1950s. They currently co-farm on the South end of Las Milpitas Community Farm and are working towards a mxters in education at the University of Arizona.

Ayah
(she/he/
they)

Ayah is a senior at the University of Arizona studying law and psychology. Being a part of this organization is extremely important to them considering houselessness is a growing problem in our state and country. With Tucson’s heat growing increasingly higher, it’s vital that we care and provide housing for our houseless neighbors, which are mostly indigenous, Black, and people of color queer and trans folk.

Kristen (they/them)

Kristen has a mini wiener dog named Huey p Newton and a sulcata tortoise named Leonard Peltier. They are a black queer organizer and activist living on occupied Tohono Oodham and Yoeme ancestral lands. They are a social worker that works alongside LGBTQ+ young people. Kristen has organized around police terror, abortion rights, and trans liberation. They are a Marxist and believe in building a united front centered on solidarity to fight back against capitalism and all forms of oppression.

Marcel
(they/he)

Marcel has a dachshund/chihuahua mix named Moshe (Moses). Marcel is Afro-Latinx, Jewish, and Queer and currently occupies the land of Tohono O’odham Nation in Tucson,
AZ. They are an artist assistant but as always had a passion for social justice and mental health advocacy work and is using this opportunity
to fulfill their religious calling to Tikkun Olam.
